(1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a 4-day /3-night trip for GP Winner and (1) guest to New York City, NY currently scheduled to take place on September 13-16, 2014. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) Round-trip airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence to a New York City-area airport (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of New York City); (b.) (3) nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfers between the airport and hotel in New York City; (d.) $250 spending money; (e.) access for (2) people to attend the Gotham Premiere Party, currently scheduled to take place on September 15, 2014; and (f.) ground transportation between the hotel and the Event in New York City, if applicable, based on the proximity of the hotel to the Event.

TRAVEL IS SCHEDULED TO TAKE PLACE SEPTEMBER 13 – 16, 2014 AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (48) contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska and Hawaii), who are physically located and residing therein.
