(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Mac Tools Tech 1000 Tool Box with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $5000.

Open to legal U.S. residents currently living in the 50 United States (including D.C.), 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person.

A complete “Entry” must include:
a. A completed registration form: including your name, mailing address (no P.O. boxes), daytime telephone number with area code, e-mail address, and confirmation that you meet the eligibility requirements as specified above.
b. An original photo depicting Grime Boss® Hands and Everything Wipes in use. Photo must not exceed 3MB in file size. Photo must be uploaded in either .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG format; and
c. Optionally, accompanying text.
