Prize Details
First Place (3 total): (1) First Place Prize will be awarded for each grade bracket. The Student (if a minor, paid to the order of his/her parent/guardian) will receive a $300 cash prize, the designated classroom or organization of the winning Student will receive a $200 pizza party and the school hosting the winning locker decoration will receive a $3,000 gift card and $3,000 in school supplies from the Scotch Brand. AVR of First Place prize is $6,500.00.
Second Place (3 total): (1) Second Place Prize will be awarded for each grade bracket.) The Student (if a minor, paid to the order of his/her parent/guardian) will receive a $200 cash prize, the designated classroom or organization of the winning Student will receive a $200 pizza party and the school
hosting the winning locker decoration will receive a $2,000 gift card and $2,000 in school supplies from the Scotch Brand. Second Place prize AVR is $4,400.00.
Third Place (3 total): (1) Third Place Prize will be awarded for each grade bracket. The Student (if a minor, paid to the order of his/her parent/guardian) will receive a $100 cash prize, the designated classroom or organization of the winning Student will receive a $200 pizza party and the school
hosting the winning locker decoration will receive a $1,000 gift card and $1,000 in school supplies from the Scotch Brand. Third Place prize ARV is $2,300.00.
Runners Up: (9 total): 3 Runner Up Prizes will be awarded in each grade bracket. Each individual runner up (if a minor, his/her parent/guardian on behalf of the minor) will receive $100 in Scotch & Post-it products and $25 gift card.
Runner Up prize ARV is $125.00.
Total ARV of all prizes is $40,725.00.

Rules
Open to residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are or will be students in grades Kindergarten – 12 during the 2014 – 2015 school year, who shall be collectively referred to as Student(s).
Entry must be submitted, during Contest Period of August 1, 2014 12 am to November 1, 2014 11:59 pm, by a teacher at the school the student attends or by parent/guardian on behalf of any entrant age 13 and under or by any entrant 14 years and older. The teacher, parent or Student age 14 and older shall be collectively referred to as the “Entrant”. All Students under the age of majority in their state of residence (18, except AL: 19, NE and MS: 21) shall first obtain the permission of their parent/guardian.
One Entry per Student.

Review and Additional Information
Submit the following; 1) one high resolution color photograph of the decorated locker or cubby; (2) a List of the Participating Products used and an explanation on how the products were used.
