Prize Details

(1) Grand Prize: A Morton Buildings building, which will be awarded as a $50,000.00 credit towards the construction of a Morton Buildings building of winner’s choice (subject to Sponsor’s approval) on land owned by such winner within the Morton Buildings service area. If a potential winner does not own land within the Morton Buildings service area, such potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected from amongst the remaining eligible entries. The building selected will be erected by Morton Buildings’ crews, using Morton Building materials. Winner must be able to qualify for and finance building permits depending on county-city-neighborhood, building codes and permits required. Winner will be responsible for the zoning of the building use. Winner must adhere to Morton Buildings’ credit policy by supplying Morton Buildings with a banker’s letter of credit for the building cost over the $50,000 credit or be able to pay the difference between the cost of the building selected and the $50,000 credit immediately at signing if project cost exceeds $50,000. If the cost of the building selected by the winner is less than $50,000, the unused portion of the credit will be forfeited. Winner must have project permits and zoning approval by April 1, 2015. Winner must be able to have the construction of the building start after May 1, 2015 and be finished by September 30, 2015. Prize also includes a Bad Boy Buggy Ambush iS, 2-4 passenger, 720cc/28hp, and an Exmark LZX801KA606 Lazer Z-X Series, 6-Series Cutting Deck lawn mower. ARV of the Grand Prize is: $76,298.00.

Rules

Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., who are 21 years of age or older who own land within the Morton Buildings service area (excludes all of Arizona, California, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, and Washington).

Limit one entry per person regardless of entry method and across all trade shows.
