Grand Prize (1 winner): Grand Prize winner** will receive the following: a scholarship up to the amount of two hundred and forty thousand dollars ($240,000.00) in conjunction with undergraduate studies at an accredited 2-year or 4-year university or college in the United States (the “Scholarship”) and a 2-day/1-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests (including student, if not winner him/herself) to New York, NY to attend a special ceremony at the Event (“Trip”).

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $250,000.00.

Open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, who are at least sixteen (16) years of age and who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account as of the beginning of the Promotion Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person per twenty-four (24) hour period during the Promotion Period, regardless of the number of e-mail addresses a person may have.

**If winning entrant is not the student him/herself, the winning entrant will only receive the trip to the Event as the prize and the student will receive the Scholarship.
