How to Enter: You will need a Watch, Match and Win puzzle ("Watch, Match and Win Puzzle") or a unique code ("Code") to participate in the Promotion. There are two (2) ways to obtain a Watch, Match and Win Puzzle and a Code as outlined below.
a. Purchase Specially Marked Banquet Products: During the Promotion Period, purchase a specially-marked Banquet product. Inside the product packaging, you will find a Watch, Match and Win Puzzle and a Code. 47,703,356 specially-marked Banquet product packages will be produced.
b. Free Method of Entry:
i. From July 14, 2014 through October 22, 2014: Sponsor will mail a Watch, Match and Win Puzzle and a Code within ten (10) business days of receiving your request. Send a request with your name, full address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Meal of Fortune Instant Win and Sweepstakes,” PO Box 2800, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2800. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by November 1, 2014, and received by November 7, 2014.
ii. From October 23, 2014 through November 1, 2014: Visit the Website (listed below) and follow the links and instructions to request a Code via email. Sponsor will mail a Watch, Match and Win Puzzle within ten (10) business days of receiving your request. Send a request with your name, full address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “Meal of Fortune Instant Win and Sweepstakes,” PO Box 2800, Grand Rapids, MN 55745-2800. All mail-in requests must be handwritten and must be postmarked by November 1, 2014, and received by November 7, 2014.
