One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a travel package for winner and one (1) guest to meet Grumpy Cat at a trip location and on travel dates (between November 1, 2014 and December 31, 2014) to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Travel package includes: (i) round-trip coach airfare for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest the winner's home to the trip location (if Grand Prize winner resides within 250 miles of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of airfare and no cash difference will be awarded). Grand Prize winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary; travel must originate and terminate at the same airport/location; (ii) 4-day/3-nights' hotel accommodations, double-occupancy, for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest at a hotel to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iii) a private meet-and-greet with Grumpy Cat while on the trip (exact location and time to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). In the event Grumpy Cat is unavailable and this portion of the Grand Prize is unable to be awarded for any reason, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, eliminate this portion of the Grand Prize, and award $100 to winner in lieu of the meet-and-greet with Grumpy Cat; (iv) ground transportation for winner and one (1) guest to/from airport and hotel, and to/from hotel and meet-and-greet; (v) $500 in spending money, awarded as a check made payable to winner; and (vi) a one-year supply of Friskies® cat food, awarded in the form of twenty (20) coupons each good for one (1) free (up to $4.49) 3.15-lb. bag of Friskies Dry Cat Food, any variety, AND ten (10) coupons each good for fifteen (15) free (up to $7.95) 5.5-oz. cans of Friskies Wet Cat Food, any variety.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,620.
