7,500 total winners: Each winner will receive a reward code for one (1) movie certificate redeemable for two child admissions (up to $16 total value) to see a movie between 11/26/2014 and 1/31/2015 showing at participating theaters in the U.S. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $16 USD.)

Total ARV of all Prizes: Up to $120,000.00.

Only open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are between six (6) and eleven (11) years of age at the time of entry. Each Participant must have the permission of his/her legal guardian or parent ( "Parent" ) prior to entry and such entry shall be deemed submitted by the Parent and shall be treated as if the Parent had made such entry.
