(10) Grand Prize Winners will receive:
A $500.00 Sports Authority League Reward, awarded in the form of a $500.00 deposit into the grand prize winner’s Sports Authority League Member ID account, as submitted and verified during sweepstakes registration. Total maximum value of prize per winner is $500.00.
Sports Authority shall also make a $5,000.00 donation, awarded in the form of a $5,000.00 Sports Authority League Reward, to the grand prize winner’s nominated school based upon acceptance of such award by the nominated school.

Open only to members of The League by Sports Authority who are legal U.S. residents of the United States, D.C. and Puerto Rico, who are age 18 or older as of date of entry, and have a valid U.S. or Puerto Rico driver’s license or government issued ID.
