One (1) Prize consisting of a 3 day/2 night trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada (“Location”), including tickets to Zarkana® by Cirque du Soleil. Prize includes: round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) to and from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor; and a 2 night stay (double occupancy accommodations and room tax only) at ARIA Hotel, and two (2) tickets to a performance of Zarkana® (“Event”). All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to, transportation other than that mentioned herein, meals, entertainment, insurance, additional hotel or spa amenities or fees and gratuities, are the responsibility of winner and travel companion. Ground transportation will be substituted for air travel if winner lives within one-hundred-fifty (150) miles of Location at Sponsor’s discretion, and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value.

Approximate Retail Value of Prize is $3,000, depending on location of winner’s primary residence and fares at time of departure.
