One (1) grand prize will be available to be won (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize consists of three (3) unique destination trips, each estimated as a 3-day, 2-3 night trip for two (2) to the following destination / choice of destinations between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015:

Lambeau Field, Green Bay, Wisconsin: Trip includes a 3-day, 3-night trip for two (2) to Lambeau Field, inclusive of hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-specified hotel (one (1) standard room - based on double occupancy), any applicable room taxes, round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner's home (in Sponsor's sole discretion) to Green Bay, WI (or an airport near this end destination), transfers to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel to Lambeau Field, two (2) tickets for Green Bay Packers game (one date selected by winner and based on availability), all meals during the stay in Wisconsin, transportation from Green Bay, WI to Appleton, WI, and a day onsite at Miller Electric Mfg. Co. complete with a facility tour and hands-on welding education session.

Choice of Destination: Winner will receive two trips to a sports venue of the winner's choice, based on a pre-defined list of sport venue options as determined and presented by Sponsor. All destinations will be in the United States. Each trip includes a 3-day, 2-night trip for two (2) to the selected destination, inclusive of hotel accommodations at a Sponsor-specified hotel (one (1) standard room - based on double occupancy), any applicable room taxes, round-trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people from major airport nearest winner's home (in Sponsor's sole discretion) to selected destination, transfers to/from airport and hotel and to/from hotel to selected sports venue, two (2) tickets for the winners game of choice (date selected by winner and based on availability), and one (1) USD $500.00 Visa Gift Card.

The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is USD $12,000.

A total of eight (8) Monthly Prizes will be awarded during the Monthly Giveaway Phase.

Monthly prizes will consist of a prize package containing Miller products with an approximate retail value of USD $400. Total ARV of all monthly prizes: USD $3,200.

Open to natural persons who: (a) are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (except the province of Quebec); (b) are eighteen years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state or province/territory of residence at the time of entry; and (c) have Internet access.

Only one Entry per person/household/email address per Monthly Entry Period is allowed.
