Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States (including District of Columbia) over the age of majority at time of entry in their jurisdiction of residence.
Each entrant may receive a maximum of (1) Registration Entry during the Promotion Period.

Submitting a Photo or Video: You will be awarded (5) Sweepstakes Entries for each Photo or Video you submit. Photos and Videos can only be submitted on the Site during the Contest Entry Period. There is a limit of 35 Sweepstakes Entries a person can receive through this method of entry. You can also receive Contest entries for submitting a Photo or Video as described below in these Official Rules.
•Voting on Photos and Videos: You will be awarded (1) Sweepstakes Entry for each Photo or Video you vote on. There is a limit of (5) votes per person per day and you can only vote on the same Photo or Video once per day. Voting occurs on the Site. In order to be able to vote you must be registered for the Promotion. Each Sweepstakes Entry by this method is a “Vote Entry” and enters you for a chance to win the Weekly Prizes in addition to a chance to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize.
•Opt-in to Receive Emails from Cracker Barrel: You will be awarded (10) Sweepstakes Entries if you sign up to receive email communications from Cracker Barrel through the Site. To do this you must opt-in on the Site. There is a limit of ten (10) Sweepstakes Entries a person can receive through this method of entry.
•Like Cracker Barrel’s Facebook Page: You will be awarded ten (10) Sweepstakes Entries if you ‘like’ Sponsor’s Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/CrackerBarrel. To ‘like’ you must have a Facebook session that is active and while on Site go to section that states, ‘Like Us On Facebook’ that takes you to Sponsor’s Facebook Page. There you can like the Facebook Page. If you do not have a Facebook account, visit www.facebook.com and register in accordance with the enrollment instructions for a free Facebook account. On or about July 7, 2014, July 14, 2014, July 21, 2014, July 28, 2014 and August 6, 2014, the Administrator will select one entry as the Sweepstakes Weekly Prize Winner.

After the end of the Contest Entry Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will determine (10) Photo Finalists and (10) Video Finalists, based on an application of the following criteria:
•Composition (25%); and
•Creativity (75%).
