A total of two (22) different prizes will be awarded, one (1) grand prize and twenty-one (21) weekly prizes (three (3) per week during the seven (7) weeks of the Entry Period):

The Grand Prize will consist of: one (1) Seagate Central 4TB Mobile Storage; one (1) Supercharged Fun Pack; one (1) Black Cat Classic Yellow T-shirt; one (1) Black Cat Logo Hat. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is Four Hundred Fifty U.S. Dollars ($450).

Each of the Weekly Prizes will consist of: one (1) Black Cat Classic Yellow T-shirt(L); one (1) Black Cat Logo Hat. Approximate retail value of each Prize is Fifty U.S. Dollars ($50).

Open to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States including the District of Columbia (the “Eligibility Area”) , who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry.
