(1) Prize: A five day, four night stay for two persons at the Emerald Grande at Harborwalk Village in Destin, Florida during the period 09/23/2014 to 09/1/2015. Prize consists of: round trip airline transportation (coach class) for winner and one guest from major Continental U.S. airport nearest winner's residence to the Resort city; hotel accommodations (consisting of one double occupancy, standard room) for four nights; and a $250 food and beverage credit. Travel must be complete by 09/01/2015. ARV of prize $2,500.

Only legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older are eligible to enter.
