Open only to legal United States residents living in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Review and Additional Information
An Entrant who is eligible under these Official Rules (“Entrant”) must enter and play the Game by visiting www.snackbetterplaybetter.com (“Website”) and entering his/her mobile telephone number. If it is the entrant’s first time playing the Game, he/she must first register by entering the information requested on the registration page, including, but not limited to, complete first and last name (no initials), his/her date of birth, valid e-mail address, and agreement to these Official Rules. Upon completing the registration steps, an Entrant will receive one (1) opportunity to play the Game (“Game Play”).
After completing the Game Play, the Entrant will receive a message on-screen stating whether or not Entrant has won a prize in the Game. If Entrant receives a winning message, the winning message will not include the prize details. The potential winner must then provide his/her complete mailing information, including complete street address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted), city, state, and Zip Code. After completing the registration the potential winner will be asked how they would like to receive a personal identification number (“PIN”), by either a text message or a telephone call, at the Entrant’s choice, to the mobile telephone number that he/she inputted at registration. The Administrator will then either send an automatic SMS text message with a unique PIN or will autodial the potential winner and automatically read off the unique PIN (which will be repeated a few times in the telephone call). The potential winner must then input his/her PIN where prompted on the screen requesting the PIN as part of the validation process. After completing both the registration and submitting the PIN, the potential winner’s prize will be revealed. The potential winner will also receive an e-mail which will include their PIN and a link back to the validation page. Entrant will be deemed a potential winner pending confirmation and/or verification of Entrant’s eligibility, Game play and compliance with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator. If the potential winner requests an additional PIN due to the PIN being lost by Entrant, that additional PIN will be sent via the same method as the Entrant selected when registering for the Prize.
