There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will consist of a three (3)-day, two (2)-night trip for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the New York City, New York, area (the “Trip”). Trip will include round-trip coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize Winner’s home in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous U.S. or the District of Columbia (to be determined by Sponsor and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion) to an airport in or near New York City, New York (“NY Airport”); standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights (one room, double occupancy, room rate and room taxes only) at a hotel in or near New York City, New York, as determined by the Sponsors and/or Administering Agency at their sole discretion (“Hotel”); round-trip ground transportation to and from NY Airport and Hotel; daily breakfast for Winner and Guest at the Hotel; an opportunity to participate in a SUITS-themed event in the New York City area (“Event”) to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion; one (1) dinner (not to exceed $250) at a restaurant in or near New York City, New York, as determined by Sponsors and/or Administering Agency in their sole discretion; and a cash award to be disclosed during the Event (for Grand Prize Winner only). ERV of the Grand Prize is ten thousand dollars ($10,000).

There will be thirty-three (33) runner-up prizes (each a “Runner-Up Prize”) awarded to Runner-Up Winners. Each Runner-Up Winner will receive one (1) Runner-Up Prize. Runner-Up Prize will consist of the one (1) of the following SUITS-themed items (as determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion): a tote bag, a notebook, a “Get Litt Up” pen, a pair of sunglasses, or a SUITS Season 2 DVD. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Runner-Up Prize is seven-five dollars and forty-eight cents dollars ($75.48).

ERV of all Runner-Up Prizes is two thousand four hundred and ninety dollars and eighty-four cents ($2,490.84).

ERV of all Prizes is twelve thousand four hundred and ninety dollars and eighty-four cents ($12,490.84).

Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit twenty-one (21) Entries per person during the Sweepstakes Period.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

Suits Recruits Entry Form: To enter the Sweepstakes via the Suits Recruits entry form, during the Sweepstakes Period visit http://suitsrecruits.com (the “Suits Recruits Website”), click on the Sweepstakes icon, and follow the provided instructions to complete and thereafter submit the entry form, which includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth (“Form Entry”). Limit one (1) Form Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period for a total of eleven (11) Form Entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period.

Suits Live Game Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes via the Suits Live Game, during the Sweepstakes Period visit http://suitslive.com (the “Game Website”), and click on the “Play Now” button, and follow the provided instructions to log on to the Suits Live Game using your Facebook login information, including your email address and Facebook password (“Game Entry”). Actual game play of the Suits Live Game is not required for Game Entry, and simply logging onto the Suits Live Game as described above will constitute one (1) Game Entry into the Sweepstakes, EXCEPT during Weekly Entry Period [4]. Limit one (1) Game Entry per person per Weekly Entry Period (with the exception of Weekly Entry Period [4]) for a total of ten (10) Game Entries per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. If you enter the Sweepstakes via the Suits Live Game, your Facebook username and profile photo may appear on a public leaderboard on-air and/or online on the Website.
