Grand Prize:
The Grand Prize Winner shall receive a flyaway trip for two (2) for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (the “Guest”) to hang out with the Party Down South cast member (a “Cast Member”) of Grand Prize Winner’s choice in Nashville, TN (the “Event”). Event dates are non-negotiable. If Grand Prize Winner together with Guest cannot travel on the dates specified by Sponsor, Grand Prize Winner will forfeit all rights to the prize. Sponsor is not responsible if a potential Grand Prize Winner is unable or unavailable to utilize, accept, or facilitate the acceptance of a prize. The trip shall consist of: (a) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall originate from a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to a major U.S. gateway airport of Sponsor’s choice in or around Nashville, TN, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of the Event; (b) two (2) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel of Sponsor’s choice, in or around Nashville, TN for Grand Prize Winner and Guest which shall be one (1) room based on double occupancy (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (c) two hundred dollar ($200.00) allowance for ground transportation; (d) an opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and Guest to have dinner with the Party Down South Cast Member of Grand Prize Winner’s choice (subject to the availability of Cast Member – restrictions and limitations may apply); (e) two (2) Party Down South shirts; and (f) two (2) Party Down South cup necklaces.
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $1,490.00
Secondary Prizes: Each Second Place Prize Winner shall receive the following: (a) one (1) Skype video call with the Party Down South Cast Member of Second Place Prize Winner’s choice (subject to the availability of Cast Member – restrictions and limitation may apply); (b) one (1) Party Down South shirt; and (c) one (1) Party Down South cup necklace.
ARV of each Second Place Prize is $20.00.
The total combined ARV of all Prizes is $1,670.00.

Open to individuals who are legal residents of one (1) of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States or District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Hawaii, who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
