One (1) Winner will receive the following prize (the “Prize”):

• Two (2) VIP passes to the Formula 1 Race in Austin, TX for Winner and a travel companion (the “Event”);
• Two (2) round-trip coach class airfare tickets from the major airport nearest to Winner’s residence to Austin, TX arriving September 18, 2014 and departing September 21, 2014; and
• Three (3) nights accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at a hotel in Austin, TX.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $4,000.
