Grand Prize (2): Each Grand Prize winner will receive stadium luxury suite tickets to a 2014 San Francisco 49ers home game at Levi’s Stadium, Santa Clara, California, for the winner and a guest. Exact date and game to be determined by the Sponsor. The luxury suite will be shared by the Sweepstakes winners and their guests and representatives from SunPower. The Grand Prize includes round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from a major airport nearest winner’s home, ground transportation to/from the game/hotel, two night hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined by Sponsor and based on double occupancy) and a $1,000 Visa gift card (awarded to winner only) for food, beverages and shopping. Actual Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $7,500.

Total ARV of all prizes: $15,000.
