One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive the Grand Prize, which consists of, among other things, a 3-night (4-day) trip for two (2) (“Winner’s Trip”) to attend the Nationwide NASCAR Championship Race on November 15, 2014 (the “Nationwide Race”) and the NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship Race on November 16, 2014 (the “Sprint Cup Race”), both to be held in Homestead, Florida. The Grand Prize includes the following:

Roundtrip (coach class) for two (2) air transportation from a major airport nearest the winner’s home address to Miami International Airport; total air transportation for two (2) not to exceed $1,600.00;
Three (3) nights (double occupancy/standard room) hotel accommodations not to exceed $750.00;

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,250.00.

One (1) Second Place Prize: One (1) winner will receive the Second Place Prize, which consists of one (1) race car hood signed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ARV of Second Place Prize: $500.00.

One (1) Third Place Prize: One (1) winner will receive the Third Place Prize, which consists of one (1) car tire signed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ARV of Third Place Prize: $100.00.

Three (3) Fourth Place Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive the Fourth Place Prize, which consists of one (1) die-cast car signed by Dale Earnhardt, Jr. ARV of each Fourth Place Prize: $75.00.

One hundred (100) Fifth Place Prizes: One hundred (100) winners will each receive the Fifth Place Prize, which consists of one (1) signed Regan Smith Hero Card. ARV of each Fifth Place Prize: $5.00.

Total ARV of all prizes to be awarded: $4575.00.
