One (1) Grand Prize: Winner and a guest (21 or older) will receive round-trip coach class airfare to the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival on June 12-15, 2014 (departing from a major airport near winner’s residence as solely selected by the Promotion Entities or their designee(s)); a pair of Guest Passes with access to all four days of the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival; four (4) nights of prime camping accommodations at Bonnaroo (Camping equipment is NOT included and must be provided by the winner.); access to premium seating and viewing areas at main stages; and a prize certificate valid for 5 days economy class car rental (vehicle rental and associated vehicle rental tax only) from national rental car company of Administrator’s choice (winner must possess a current valid driver’s license, valid major credit card, meet age requirements of rental car company, and meet/comply with all terms and conditions of the rental car agency in order to rent vehicle; if winner does not qualify for rental car portion of prize, neither it nor its value will be awarded). If the designated driver of the rental vehicle (winner or guest) is under 25, a daily surcharge will apply where permitted by law.

Total Approximate Prize Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $3,200.

Open to legal U.S. residents living in the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and Washington, DC, who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and in all U.S. Territories and Possessions and where prohibited by law.
