Round One:
(3) Finalists will win a trip for himself/herself to attend and participate in the “California Cook-Off” scheduled to be held in Los Angeles, California on June 28, 2014. Each Finalist will receive a four day/three night trip to Los Angeles, California. Trip will consist of round trip coach-class air transportation for the Finalist from the gateway airport closest to Finalist’s home to Los Angeles, California; four days/three nights four star hotel accommodations (standard room/single occupancy); a midsize rental car; $500 spending money. ARV of each Trip is $2,700.00.
ROUND TWO:
SELECTION OF (1) GRAND PRIZE WINNER AND (2) FINALIST RUNNER-UP WINNERS: On the designated California Cook-Off Date, the Finalists will participate in the Cook-Off wherein each Finalist will prepare his/her Recipe in front of a live audience.” All ingredients necessary for a Recipe’s preparation, as stated in the Recipe, will be provided by Sponsor.
GRAND PRIZE (1) AND RUNNER-UP PRIZES (2): The Grand Prize Winner shall receive, n addition to the Finalist Prize s/he has previously received, a check in the amount of $25,000. (2) Runner-Up Winners shall each receive, in addition to the Finalist Prize each has previously received, a check in the amount of $1,000. ARV of all Contest Prizes: $35,450.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:
Trip to attend and judge the “California Cook-Off” in Los Angeles, California on the designated California Cook-off Date. The Trip shall consist of a four day/three night trip coach-class air transportation from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Winner’s home to Los Angeles, California on the dates designated by Sponsor; four days/three nights four star hotel accommodations (standard room/single occupancy); a mid-size rental car; and $1,000 spending money. If the Sweepstakes Winner lives within 250 miles from the metropolitan Los Angeles, California area, Sponsor may elect to provide the Sweepstakes Winner with ground transportation to the hotel. ARV of the Trip is $4,000.00.

Rules
Open only to individuals who are legal United States residents physically residing in one of the fifty United States/District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, as of the date of entry. Professional chefs are ineligible to enter the Contest but may participate in the Sweepstakes.
