Prize is a gift basket filled with select O List Mother’s Day themed items as featured in the May issue of O Magazine with an approximate retail value of $1,000.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry.

Limit of one entry per person during each Entry Period will be accepted.

Submit a description of your favorite Mother’s Day moment or ritual in 100 words or less. Each entrant also have the option to upload a photograph representing the Mother’s Day moment or ritual; submission of a photograph is not required for entry and does not increase your chances of winning.
