Open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) Submission during only one (1) of the Submission Phases.

Once you visit the Website or enter the Facebook application, follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form (including your name, a valid email address and your date of birth) and upload (1) video of you (and any others who have consented to appear) and/or your child, singing the BAND-AID Brand jingle (should not exceed (45) seconds and must use the version of the jingle provided on the entry page), a short description of the video (100) words or fewer) and a title of the video (not to exceed (15) words), collectively referred to as your submission. No other music should be used in the video.
