CONTEST:
(1) Grand Prize: (i) Sponsor will host a soccer game experience event in the Grand Prize winner's community (Grand Prize winner will be contacted by Sponsor to coordinate the event), (ii) opportunity for the Grand Prize winner to be the MVP at that event, (iii) transportation to and from the event, (iv) an autographed jersey, (v) $10,000 in spending cash, and (vi) $5,500 to cover taxes. ARV: $24,000.
(9) First Prizes: $10,000 cash. Prize to be awarded in the form of a check.
(10) Finalist Prizes: In addition to the prizes set forth above, each Finalist will receive a camcorder. Each ARV: $200.
INSTANT WIN GAME: 1,000 Second Prizes: A "Soccer in box" kit containing (i) a commemorative soccer ball, (ii) goals, and (iii) Mondelez Snacks. Each ARV: $100.
