One (1) Grand Prize awarded. Grand Prize winner will receive a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego, CA (“Trip”). Trip will include round trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize winner and Guest from a major commercial airport near Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA*; three (3) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy, room and tax only) at a hotel as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) tickets to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego, one hundred dollars ($100) per diem for hotel transfers/ground transportation; two (2) VIP access passes to the 2014 Comic-Con® International: San Diego Warner Bros. booth; and one (1) “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug” DVD combo pack.
The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of TRIP is two thousand nine hundred dollars ($2,900.00). The total ARV of the Grand Prize with the DVD combo pack is two thousand nine hundred and thirty-five dollars and ninety-nine cents ($2,935.99).
DVD Prizes (2,000): DVD prize winners will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries to receive “The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" DVD combo pack (each a “DVD Prize”). The ARV of each DVD Prize is $35.99.
ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes: $74,915.99.
