(1) GRAND PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for winner and one guest to attend LADY GAGA’S artRAVE: THE ARTPOPball concert in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 19, 2014. The trip includes
round trip coach airfare for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, NV, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), and two tickets to the Concert (ARV: $2,500.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years of age or older as of the date of entry. Notwithstanding the determined age requirement set forth above, it is strictly prohibited for anyone who does not meet the age requirement as of the date of entry to be allowed to participate in the Sweepstakes and no one under the age of thirteen shall be permitted to enter any sweepstakes at any time, under any circumstances.
