(1) Prize: Winner will receive a prize trip to the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in Los Angeles, CA from June 9, 2014 to June 12, 2014. Prize trip includes a trip for (2) persons to Los Angeles, CA. Trip includes roundtrip, economy/coach class airfare for 2 people from the major commercial airport nearest the Winner’s residence; hotel accommodations for 4 days / 3 nights at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites, 2 passes to the E3 Convention and EA E3 Press Conference and $100 gift card. Meals, ground transportation and incidentals, including, without limitation: telephone calls, facsimile charges, Internet charges, Spa/beauty salon services, laundry, tours/excursions, gift shop purchases, hotel processing fees and airline service charges, are the sole responsibility of the Winner and his or her Guest. Hotel and airfare cannot be used separately. Winner must notify Sponsor of intended dates of travel when the signed Declaration of Eligibility is returned. Winner must be able to travel between June 9, 2014 and June 12, 2014 to attend E3. All travel must be completed by June 12, 2014 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
