Prize (1): A (9) day/(8) night trip for (2) to cheer on U.S. Soccer in Brazil in June 2014. Trip includes but is not limited to round trip air transportation from the airport nearest the Winner’s home to destination city, round trip ground transportation to/from airport/hotel and (8) nights hotel accommodations.

There are (2) ways to enter the Promotion:
ONE via Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card and Qualifying Purchase: You must have a Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card to enter the Promotion in this way. During the Promotion Period, visit degreesoccer.com/riteaid (“Site”) and complete all required registration information, including entering your Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card number. Then, you must purchase any (2) Degree Men full-size products at participating Rite Aid locations, while supplies last, during the Promotion Period and use your Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card at the time of purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”), to receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry (the “Sweepstakes Entry”) into the Sweepstakes Drawing, subject to verification. Alternatively, you may first make the Qualifying Purchase and then visit the Site during the Promotion Period to register including entering your Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card number for one (1) Sweepstakes Entry. Possession of the Qualifying Purchase receipt/Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card is not valid proof of having entered the Promotion. You must register to enter the Promotion. All Sweepstakes Entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2014, to be eligible. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Entry per Qualifying Purchase with Rite Aid Wellness Plus Card. There is no limit to the number of Sweepstakes Entries per person. Participation is subject to disqualification of all Entries if multiple accounts are used by the same person. TWO via Mail-In No Purchase Necessary: To enter the Promotion without making a purchase, hand print your first and last name, full address, date of birth, day and evening phone numbers and email address on one 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage, to: Degree Men Soccer Sweepstakes- Rite Aid, PO Box 7808, Melville, NY 11775-7808. You will receive one (1) Sweepstakes Entry into the Sweepstakes Drawing for each qualifying mail-in entry you submit in accordance with these instructions. Limit one (1) Sweepstakes Entry per hand-addressed stamped envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and mail-in Sweepstakes Entries must be postmarked by April 30, 2014 and received by May 7, 2014 to be eligible. All mail-in Sweepstakes Entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due mail-in Sweepstakes Entries, which will be disqualified. There is no limit to the number of mail-in Sweepstakes Entries that an Entrant may submit.
