(1) Sweepstakes Prize Winner will receive an exclusive "Scotts Ultimate Backyard Makeover" at Sweepstakes Winner's home not to exceed an ARV of $25,000. Makeover will include but is not limited to the following: a consultation with Sponsor or its designee to identify the Sweepstakes Winner's makeover needs, live goods (i.e., plants), turf grass and Scotts Miracle-Gro products, labor costs, and growing media (soils, sand, rocks, mulch), and non-lawn and garden growing items, products or live goods (i.e., grill or pavers). Consultation consists of meetings and other communication with Sweepstakes Winner regarding Makeover, photographs prior to Makeover, and recommendations for Makeover.
