GRAND PRIZE: Trip Options: The Grand Prize is a trip selected by the Grand Prize winner from among one of the (3) following options: Grand Prize Option #1: “Aces & Adrenaline” package, consisting of a 5-night, 6-day trip for the winner and three (3) guests to Las Vegas, Nevada and $10,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The trip consists of accommodations for the winner and guests at a hotel selected by Sponsor(room rates and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor and may include double-occupancy accommodations), round-trip coach class airfare for the winner and guests between a major airport near the winner’s home and an airport in the Las Vegas area, ground transportation for the winner and guests between the airport and hotel, the opportunity for the winner (not guests) to participate in a race car drive, dinner for the winner and guests at a restaurant selected by Sponsor and the opportunity for the winner and guests to participate in a zipline excursion. Grand Prize Option #2: “Sun & Surf” package, consisting of a 6-night, 7-day trip for the winner and one (1) guest to Honolulu, Hawaii and $10,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The trip consists of accommodations for the winner and guest at a hotel selected by Sponsor (room rates and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor and may include double-occupancy accommodations), round-trip coach class airfare for the winner and guest between a major airport near the winner’s home and a Hawaii airport, a rental car for use in the Honololu area (restrictions apply) and the opportunity for the winner and guest to participate in a sailing excursion, Pearl Harbor tour, dolphin encounter and Hawaiian luau. Grand Prize Option #3: “Sea & Splendor” package, consisting of a 6-8 night Caribbean or Alaskan cruise for the winner and three (3) guests and $10,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The trip consists of round-trip coach class airfare between a major airport near the winner’s home and an airport near the cruise embarkation point and two (2) double occupancy balcony rooms (room rates and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor). The cruise will be provided subject to the cruise line’s standard contract and terms and conditions. Restrictions may apply. Grand Prize Terms and Conditions: The ARV of each Grand Prize option is $20,000.00.

FIRST AND SECOND PRIZE: The First Prize consists of $5,000 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The ARV of the First Prize is $5,000. The Second Prize consists of $2,500 awarded in the form of a check or another payment method determined by Sponsor. The ARV of the Second Prize is $2,500.

The aggregate ARV of all prizes is $27,500.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia and the District of Columbia who are (18) years of age or older as of the time of entry.

You may obtain a Promo Code when you make a purchase of a 22 ounce beverage at a participating Bojangles’ restaurant or without purchase by requesting a Promo Card at a participating Bojangles’ restaurant. There is a limit of one promo code per person per day at each participating Bojangles’ restaurant.

You can enter as many times as you would like with a unique Promo Code each time, but each Promo Code can be entered only one time.

Bonus Entries: There are (2) ways for Entrants to obtain additional entries in the Grand Prize drawing (each a “Bonus Entry”). There is a maximum of (25) Bonus Entries per Entrant, regardless of the method used by the Entrant to obtain Bonus Entries. Engaging in multiple Bonus Entry activities described in these Official Rules will not entitle any Entrant to receive more than (25) Bonus Entries.

Bonus Entries – Twitter Tweet: Sponsor will award twenty-five (25) Bonus Entries to each Entrant who “shares” the entrant’s Grand Prize selection on Twitter using the mechanism provided on the Website during the Entry Period, subject to the limit on the number of Bonus Entries specified above. Multiple Tweets by an Entrant will not result in the Entrant receiving more than twenty-five (25) Bonus Entries.

Bonus Entries by Mail: To obtain Bonus Entries by mail, legibly print by hand your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card, place the card in an envelope with proper first-class postage affixed, and mail the envelope to Bojangles’ Southern 500 Winner’s Circle Sweepstakes c/o Erwin Penland, 125 E. Broad St., Greenville, SC 29601. Mailed entries must be postmarked by 11:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2014 and received by Sponsor by 5:00 p.m. ET on May 5, 2014. There is a limit of one (1) 3” x 5” card per mailing envelope. Each mailed entry submitted by an Entrant in accordance with these Official Rules will result in the Entrant obtaining twenty-five (25) Bonus Entries, subject to the limit on the number of Bonus Entries specified above. There is a limit of one (1) mailed Bonus Entry submission per person. You must first complete and submit the Online Entry Form and register for the Sweepstakes in order to obtain Bonus Entries by mail. Mailed requests for Bonus Entries from persons who have not registered for the Sweepstakes will not be honored.
