(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day /3-night trip for GP Winner and one guest to New York City, NY currently scheduled to take place on May 1 – 4, 2014. The Trip will consist of the following:
(a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of New York City) to a New York City-area airport;
(b.) Three nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only);
(c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event;
(d.) $250 spending money; and
(e.) access for two people to attend the 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY Premiere Party, currently scheduled to take place on May 2, 2014.

ARV of Grand Prize: $2,975.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein. Each entrant must be at least twenty-one years of age at the time of entry.
