(1) Grand Prize: One year's worth of mortgage payments, consisting of principal and interest only, awarded in the form of a check to the winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) (up to $12,000). Mortgage account holders must provide proof of one year's mortgage payment in order to receive that amount (up to $12,000). Non-mortgage holding winners' prizes will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible mortgage amounts starting from $6,000 to $12,000, and the selected yearly mortgage amount (up to $12,000) will be awarded to that corresponding winner (ARV: up to $12,000).

(3) First Prizes: A 3-day/2-night trip for two from June 13, 2014-June 15, 2014 to the Quicken Loans 400 in Michigan. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation from a major airport near winner's home to Michigan, round-trip transfers to/from airport, hotel and Michigan International Speedway, hotel accommodations for 2-nights (based on double occupancy) and two tickets to the Quicken Loans 400 on June 14, 2014 and the opportunity for winner only to participate in the Grand Prize Winner Determination (ARV: $2,500 each).

One month mortgage payment, consisting of principal and interest only, awarded in the form of a check to the winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence) (ARV: up to $2,000 each). Mortgage account holders must provide proof of his/her one month mortgage payment in order to receive that amount (up to $2,000). Non-mortgage holding winners' prizes will be determined by a random drawing of all eligible mortgage amounts starting from $500 to $2,000, and the selected monthly mortgage amount (up to $2,000) will be awarded to that corresponding winner (ARV: up to $2,000 each).

Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the (50) United States (including the District of Columbia) who are (18) years of age or older as of date of entry.

Sweepstakes includes 2 separate promotion periods defined as: Promotion Period 1 which begins on March 20, 2014 at 12:00 p.m. and ends on April 9, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period 1 ") and Promotion Period 2 which begins on April 10, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. ET and ends on April 30, 2014.

6.Grand Prize Winner Determination: All First Prize winners must be present at the Quicken Loans 400 at Sponsor-specified time on June 14, 2014 to be eligible to participate for a chance to win the Grand Prize. If, for any reason, any of the First Prize winners are not in attendance and are therefore ineligible to participate in the Grand Prize Event, the Grand Prize Event will proceed with the remaining First Prize winners who are in attendance. Prior to the Grand Prize event start time, the (3) First Prize winners will be provided, by a Sponsor representative, a randomly assigned key (with a corresponding door # on it, either 1, 2, or 3). Once all First Prize winners have been provided with their numbered keys, they will each, at the same time, when prompted, have the opportunity to attempt to open a replica front door of a house [in order to see Ryan Newman (or Sponsor's representative) standing behind the door]. The three (3) First Prize winners will attempt to open their corresponding Front door with the provided key for their door number. The key holder with the provided key that opens the door that Ryan Newman (or Sponsor's representative) is standing behind will be declared the Grand Prize winner.
