(1) Grand Prize: A trip to Rio de Janeiro for the winner and one guest in June 2014. Trip consists of: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for winner and one guest (from the major airport near winner’s and/or guest’s physical place of residence at time of entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); (ii) five nights of accommodations; does not include meals, room service, or other incidentals); (iii) $6,500 cash awarded in the form of a corporate check, which is intended to assist with any additional fees, transportation, meals, sightseeing, and spending money, and to assist with any federal or state obligations related to the prize. ARV of the Grand Prize is $22,780.

Must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, MI, MN, MS, MD, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NV, NM, NY, OH, OK, OR, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV or WI at time of entry. Void in DE, DC, ME, NH, NJ, PA, UT, WY and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
