(1) Grand Prize: At the end of the Entry Period, (1) winner will receive a grand prize consisting of a check for $10,000 to be used towards a home makeover.
ARV of Grand Prize: $10,000.

(6) Monthly Prizes - (1) monthly winners will each receive a $1,000 check to be used towards a home makeover.
ARV of each Monthly Prize: $1,000.

Total ARV of all Prizes: $16,000.

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States or D.C. who are: (a) 18 years of age or older as of Sweepstakes start date (except in Alabama and Nebraska, where you must be 19 years of age or older to enter the Sweepstakes); and (b) at the time of entry and through the completion of the Sweepstakes: (i) have internet access and (ii) have an email address (which must remain the same throughout the Sweepstakes).

Limit (1) entry per person per e-mail address per day.

The Entry Period will be broken down into (7) calendar months (each a Month).
