Sweepstakes is open to those who are (21) years of age or older and are legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec).

Promotion Period consists of (7) separate weekly sweepstakes entry periods (the “Entry Periods”), as detailed in section 3 below. A random drawing will be held at the end of each Entry Period where (1) entry will be selected from all eligible entries received during each of the (7) Entry Periods, in order to award (1) Grand Prize per Entry Period for a total of (7) Grand Prizes throughout the Promotion Period. Then, at the conclusion of each New Episode, during the applicable Entry Period, visit TheWalkingDeadFantasySweepstakes.com follow the instructions to complete all required information on the registration form and provide the code phrase (comprised of the code words collected during the airing of the corresponding New Episode, and submit such online entry form). Incomplete entries and entries that do not contain the correct code words will not be eligible.
