Prizes – (10) Official Winners will each receive $10,000 awarded by check. There are a total of ten (10) prizes available with a total value of all prizes being $100,000.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of registration.

There is a limit of one Nomination per person.

Nomination of individual who has demonstrated, via their life work and/or actions, the humanitarian principle of "giving back" to their community, to others and/or to a cause.
