(1) Grand prize winner will receive a seven day/six night Outdoor Ontario Adventure Prize Package for the winner and three travel companions that will include the following:
Round trip coach air transportation for four persons from the major city airport closest to the winner’s residence serviced by Porter Airlines to Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. If Porter Airlines does not fly out of the closest major city airport to the winner's residence, the winner and his/her guests/travel companions will be provided with economy class travel on another airline that will connect to a city serviced by Porter Airlines. A seven day car rental (full size vehicle). Courtesy Car Rental includes fuel, pick up and drop off services between car rental location and airport. Six nights' accommodations for four persons as follows:
Four night's accommodation at the Manitoulin Hotel & Conference Centre, in Little Current, ON. Two standard guest rooms, double occupancy.
One night camping excursion on the Benjamin Islands. All camping gear provided, including two two-person tents.
One night 1 night teepee glamping on Manitoulin Island with Great Spirit Circle Trail Hosts. All glamping gear provided.
Guided Activities for four persons including:
A heritage canoe tour of the North Channel of Lake Huron
Horse & Teepee Overnight Adventure including glamping and swimming with the horses
Guided hiking and ecology interpretation
Half-day sailing trip to the Benjamin Islands from Little Current
Sightseeing air tour over the North Channel of Lake Huron from Manitoulin Island.
The following meals for the winner and each of his/her three travel companions: Six breakfasts, seven lunches and six dinners (one dinner includes a traditional Aboriginal feast with private dance performance). Taxes and gratuities on the meals are included.
The winner and each of his/her travel companions will each receive one $1,000.00 CAD gift card, redeemable at any Mountain Equipment Co-Op Store in Canada or for purchases made online. Gift cards will be given to the prize winner and his her travel companions prior to the trip and must be redeemed in advance of the trip.
