(1) Grand Prize shall be awarded by Sponsor and shall consist of a two-night getaway for two (2) to the 2014 NHL Awards Show, to be scheduled on or about June 25, 2014, in Las Vegas, Nevada, including (i) roundtrip airfare for two from a major airport near the winner's residence (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), within the contiguous United States or Canada (as may be applicable), and arriving at McCarran International Airport; (ii) 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy), at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion; (iii) a VIP hospitality experience (e.g., (2) tickets to the NHL Awards Show; (iv) ground transportation to and from the hotel; and (v) $500.00 (US$s) in spending money.
Total ARV of the Grand Prize: $3,000.

(7) Monthly Prizes shall be awarded by Sponsor and shall each consist of either a Shop.NHL.com or Shop.Canada.NHL.com gift certificate, as applicable depending on the US or Canadian residency of the potential winner, in the amount of $250.00 (US$s or CDN$s, as applicable). One gift certificate shall be awarded per month during the Monthly Period.
ARV of all monthly prizes combined is $1,750.

The Promotion begins at 2:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 1, 2013 and ends upon the start time of the last game on the last day of the 2013-2014 NHL Regular Season (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion Website's (as defined below) computer is the official clock for all purposes of the Promotion.

5.HOW TO PLAY

After an Entrant has submitted a valid Entry in accordance with these Official Rules, the Entrant may participate in the Promotion (either online or through the App) by answering three daily questions based on NHL games.

General: The objective of the Promotion is to accumulate the most "hat tricks" by correctly answering three different questions predicting certain outcomes in the NHL games over the course of the 2013-2014 NHL Regular Season (the "Regular Season"), which questions will be posted on the Promotion Website no later than 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the day of the NHL game(s) to which the questions apply.
