(1) Grand Prize winner will receive one platinum engagement ring featuring a 0.65-carat diamond (ARV $3,750); and a 4-day /3-night trip for GP Winner and one guest to Los Angeles, CA on dates to be determined by Sponsor. The Trip will consist of the following: (a.) Round-trip coach class airfare for GP Winner and guest from a major airport with regularly scheduled commercial flights closest to the GP Winner’s permanent residence (or, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, $500 in lieu of air travel if winner lives within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles) to a Los Angeles-area airport; (b.) Three nights hotel accommodation for GP Winner and guest at a hotel selected by the Sponsor (one room, double occupancy, room & tax only); (c.) airport transfers (if applicable) and ground transportation to/from the Event; (d.) $250 spending money; and (e.) access for two people to visit the set of the FOX television show “Bones. ARV of Trip: $3,100. Total Cumulative Prize ARV: $6,850.

Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. (i.e., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S. territories and possessions), who are physically located and residing therein and who are at least twenty-one years of age and have reached the age of legal majority in their state of primary residence at time of entry.
Entrants must: Be legally single and not engaged to any person; Be available to travel at short notice on such dates as directed by the Sponsor; Be involved in a serious romantic relationship and willing to make a legitimate proposal of marriage to his or her “Significant Other” during the “Trip” and under the direction of a Sponsor representative; Agree to take measures to keep the Proposal a secret from his or her intended fiancé(e) so that he or she is unaware of the Entrant’s intentions until such time as the Sponsor coordinates the reveal; AND Agree to have the Proposal filmed by Sponsor representatives, participate in interviews and publicity initiatives as directed by Sponsor, and execute release documents assigning all rights, title and interest in resulting footage to the Sponsor.
