(10) PRIZES: A woman’s black and white diamond ring and a set of men’s black and white diamond cuff-links (ARV: $6,000.00). The total ARV of all prizes is $60,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry and who register during the Promotion Period to become a member or confirm their registration in The Steve Harvey Nation. There is no cost to become a member of the Fan Club. If a participant has not reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes (which is eighteen years old in most states but is nineteen years old in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty one years old in Mississippi), then the participant must obtain parental consent in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Individuals who have won a prize from the Radio Show (as defined below) within one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the start
