Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States (and the District of Columbia), Canada (excluding Quebec), Italy, the Republic of Ireland, the Netherlands, Belgium, Finland, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Hungary, and Luxembourg, who are at least eighteen years old at the time of entry.
