(1) Grand Prize: (1) 2014 Indian Chief Motorcycle. Color to be selected solely by the Sponsor. Grand Prize motorcycle will be titled to the confirmed winner and will be delivered with standard equipment; any upgrades and options are at the sole expense of the winner. Motorcycle awarded to a California, Massachusetts, New York, or Vermont resident will include required emissions equipment, if applicable. Winner must take delivery of the Grand Prize motorcycle at an Indian Motorcycle [or Polaris] dealer or other location as designated by Sponsor. The Grand Prize does not include any additional costs beyond delivery to the Indian Motorcycle or Polaris dealer.

The ARV of the Grand Prize: $18,999.

Sweepstakes is open only to eligible individuals who, as of the date of entry, are legal residents of and residing in the contiguous 48 United States (including the District of Columbia), are 18 years of age or older, and who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.
