(1) Grand Prize: a trip for winner and one guest to San Diego, CA during the dates of July 16-22, 2013. Prize consists of round trip air transportation from the major commercial airport closest to winner’s residence; standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for 7 days/6 nights; a fishing excursion for winner and winner's guest on the Malihini boat on July 17, 2013; two passes to Comic-Con held July 18-21, 2013; access
to one (1) Spike's All Access Comic-Con taping; and $500 spending money to be awarded in the form of an American Express or Visa gift card at Sponsor's sole discretion. Winner and winner’s guest will be required to obtain any necessary fishing licenses or permits at Sponsor’s expense. Sponsor will assist winner and winner’s guest in obtaining these items. Winner and winner’s guest must qualify/be eligible for such licenses
and permits. If winner and/or winner’s guest is ineligible to receive the required licenses or permits, the winner will forfeit that portion of the prize in its entirety.

Total combined ARV: $4,900.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and not a minor in their primary state/province of residence at the time of the winner’s entry at time of entry.
