(1) GRAND PRIZE: A three day/two night trip for two people to Hollywood, California to attend the Josh Groban July 4th Fireworks Spectacular on July 4, 2013. The trip includes round trip coach airfare for two people from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to the major airport nearest Hollywood, CA, two nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy), two tickets to the Concert, and a meet and greet Josh Groban (ARV: $2,300.00).

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen years of age or older as of the date of entry. If a participant has not reached the age of majority in his/her primary state of residence as of the date of entry into the Sweepstakes (which is eighteen years old in most states but is nineteen years old in Alabama and Nebraska and twenty-one years old in Mississippi), then the participant must obtain Parental Consent in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Individuals who have won a prize from the Sponsor within one hundred eighty days prior to the start date of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win.
