(1) Grand Prize of a “Bocelli Concert Experience” will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize package includes: (a) two floor seat tickets to an Andrea Bocelli concert of Grand Prize Winner’s choice in either Las Vegas, NV on December 7, 2013; Brooklyn, NY on December 11, 2013; or Atlanta, GA on December 15, 2013; (b) Roundtrip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest; and (c) two nights hotel accommodations, double occupancy, in hotel to be determined by the Sponsor in the destination city. The total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,000.

First Prizes: (50). Each First Prize consists of a $50 Carrabba’s Italian Grill Gift Card. ARV of each First Prize is $50.00. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded is $2,500.

Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is: $5,500.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry. The Entrant who is selected as the potential Grand Prize Winner must have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the Grand Prize. Valid social security numbers will be determined by Internal Revenue Service requirements.
