(1) Grand Prize: A 5 day/4 nights trip for winner and one guest to attend the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans, LA (ARV: $4,663.00). Prize consists of: round trip coach airfare for winner and one guest to/from closest commercial airport nearest to winner’s primary residence (or ground transportation if winner reside within a 100 mile radius of New Orleans); double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four nights plus two tickets for each day of the Event (admissions to Empowerment and Festival) for a total of three nights (six tickets total) plus two VIP passes for the Festival weekend.

Open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 21 or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited by law.

Limit: One Primary Entry and one Additional Entry per person/email address per day regardless if a person has more than one email address or if more than one person shares the same email address.
