(1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two for the Grand Prize Winner and one guest to the 2013 CMT Music Awards in Nashville, TN currently contemplated to take place between June 4, 2013 and June 6, 2013. The trip will include: (i) round trip coach air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his or her Guest which shall originate from a major gateway airport of Sponsor's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's primary residence to Nashville, TN. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if the Grand Prize Winner resides within 150 miles of Nashville, TN; (ii) two nights' hotel accommodations at a Nashville hotel which shall be one room (double occupancy) (meals, telephone calls, tips and other incidentals and costs are not included); (iii) a $1,000.00 ARV Shopping Allowance; (iv) Two tickets to the 2013 CMT Music Awards Show; (v) roundtrip ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest between airport and hotel in Nashville, TN as well as to/from the 2013 CMT Music Awards Show; (vi) all taxes related to the foregoing hotel accommodations and air transportation. ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,500.00.

Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia, EXCLUDING NEW HAMPSHIRE, ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO AND ALL OFF-SHORE U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
