(1) Grand Prize shall consist of a two-night getaway for (2) to the opening game of the 2013-2014 NHL season (such game, the “NHL Face Off Event”) to be held on a to-be-determined date in October 2013, including (i) roundtrip airfare for two from a major airport near the winner's residence (as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion), within the contiguous United States or Canada (as may be applicable), and arriving at a major international airport near the location of the NHL Face Off Event; 3 days/2 nights standard hotel accommodations, at a hotel to be determined in Sponsor's sole discretion; (2) tickets to the NHL Face Off Event; ground transportation to and from the hotel; and $500.00 (US$s) in spending money.

Total ARV of the Grand Prize shall not exceed $3,000 (US$).

In order to enter the Promotion and be eligible to win a prize, entrant must be a current legal resident of the United States (including District of Columbia) or Canada who is of the age of majority or older as of the date of entry into the Promotion in their State (or District of Columbia, as applicable) or Province of primary residence at the time of entry (each such eligible United States or Canadian resident.

LIMIT: (1) REGISTRATION AND ENTRY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ADDRESS DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD.

The actual end date of the sweep ends at the start of the last game of the 2013 NHL Stanley Cup Playoffs.
