(1) Sweepstakes Period 1 Prize – A 2014 Ford Fiesta and a trip for (2) to the American Idol® Season 12 Finale Shows in Los Angeles, CA on or about 5/15/13 through 5/16/13. The (ARV) of the vehicle is $25,000 and is based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of a base model 2014 Ford Fiesta. Grand Prize trip consists of round-trip, air travel from the major commercial airport nearest winner’s residence to Los Angeles, CA (or ground transportation if winner resides within a 200-mile radius of Los Angeles as determined by Administrator in their sole discretion), three nights hotel accommodations, admission for (2) to both of the American Idol Finale Shows, local ground transportation (between airport/hotel and to and from American Idol Finale Shows) and $500 cash (ARV $4,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize is $29,000.

(1) Sweepstakes Period 2 Prize – A 2014 Ford Fiesta - (ARV) of the vehicle is $25,000 and is based on the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price of a base model 2014 Ford Fiesta.

Total ARV of all Prizes is $54,000.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the (50) United States and District of Columbia (U.S.) who are at least (18) years of age or the age of majority in his/her state of residence, whichever is older as of date of entry.

Limit: (1) Sweepstakes Entry per person or email address per Sweepstakes Period (as defined below). The Sweepstakes is divided into (2) Sweepstakes Periods.

HOW TO ENTER THE CONTEST:
To enter, visit americanidol.com/ford, complete and submit the registration form as directed. For the avoidance of doubt, Contest registration is separate from Sweepstakes Entry; even if you already entered the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion, you must also complete and submit a Contest registration form to enter the Contest. The Contest is divided into (6) separate Contest Periods, each with its own mission as per the chart in the CONTEST PERIODS section below. After registering for a given Contest Period, submit an original photo that corresponds to the mission for that Contest Period. Check the box indicating your agreement to these Official Rules, including your grant of rights in the photo to Sponsor and its designees. YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IF THIS BOX IS NOT CHECKED. Limit of one (1) Contest Entry (i.e., registration form and photo) per person per Contest Period. Do NOT submit the same photo for more than (1) Contest Period as each Contest Period features its own, unique mission. Maximum of (6) Contest Entries per person.

CONTEST WINNER DETERMINATION / JUDGING: For each Contest Period, Sponsor/Administrator will review all eligible Contest Entries received for that Contest Period based on creativity/originality (25%); effectiveness in fulfilling mission and alignment with the mission objective as defined each Contest Period on the Website (50%); ability to capture and reflect the Sponsor’s Ford Fiesta brand (25%). The Contest Entry with the highest score will be declared the potential winner of their applicable Contest Period. In the event of a tie, the Contest Entry with the higher/highest score in effectiveness in fulfilling mission and alignment with the mission objective will be deemed the potential winner. (For the avoidance of doubt, non-winning Contest Entries will NOT be retained for subsequent Contest Periods.)

(6) Contest Prizes (one per Contest Period) – An American Idol® online video chat ‘Experience’. ‘Experience’ consists of the opportunity to have an online video chat of up to 3-5 minutes with (1) or more contestants on Season 12 of American Idol. Winner must be available on applicable Sunday at time designated by Sponsor in order to accept prize.
